PFW series pebble/ballast crushing plant are mostly used as secondary crusher and it well fits for crushing numerous medium and soft mineral &rock materials, such as limestone, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, clay, tombar thite, kaolin, gypsum, and graphite, etc.

This machine is broken machinery, which use impact energy to crush material. When the material is sent into the plate hammer function area, it is broken under the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, and then is thrown into the impact device above the rotor to the second broken, and then is back to plate hammer working area to break from the counterattack lining. This process is repeated until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. Adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the size and shapeof materials. The machine adopts the spring safety device behind the counterattack plate. When the non-crushing matter enter crushing chamber, the two back frame will back, non-crushing matter will be discharged from the machine.

Brief introduction of stone production line:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to Stone Crushing Plant for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the Stone Crushing Plant for further crush.

The whole line is highly automatic and the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, low power consumption and high capacity, which is suitable for big, middle and small projects, such as road and bridge construction.

In stone crushing plant, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller by jaw crusher, they are transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary or tertiary crushing, then go through the stone shapping machine for getting cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out the suitable building aggregates, while the unsuitable stones return to the crusher machine for re-crushing.
Stone crusher equipment can be divided into quartz crusher, limestone crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, according to the chemical properties.
Accordint to the capacity and layout, we design these different stone crushing plant for stone quarrying:
40 -60 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + impact crusher (PF-1010) or cone crusher (HPC 160) + vibrating screen
80 - 120 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-600×900) + impact crusher (PF-1214) or cone crusher (CS 4 1/4) + vibrating screen
150 - 200 TPH:
