A complete iron ore processing line 
 
From the above information, we can see that iron is very important in our daily life. So to get iron from iron ore means a lot. A complete iron ore processing line consists of crushing stage, screening stage, grinding stage and beneficiation stage. Here we focus on iron ore crushing line.
 
Typically, in a crushing line, we need primary crusher for coarse crushing and secondary crusher for fine crushing. SBM provides jaw crusher to be used as primary crushing equipment and impact& cone crusher to be used as secondary crusher. For crushing iron ore, our engineer suggests jaw crusher and cone crusher, because the hardness of iron ore is high.
 
Besides iron ore crusher machine, we also need vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyor in this iron ore crushing line.
 
Firstly, the bulk iron ore will be fed into jaw crusher evenly and continuously by the vibrating feeder. Then crushed iron ore will be conveyed to cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After being crushed in the cone crusher, the iron ore particles will be sent to the vibrating screen for grading. The parts with required sizes will be sent to fixed area for end use or further processing while others will be sent back to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
