And during the operation ,driven by the motor ,the rotor will proceed a high speed and the materials will bump into the hammer plate installed on the rotors when the materials enter the impact cavity ,which will form the first crushing .And then the materials will be thrown out to the impact plate and form the second bump and crushing .Along with the materials' falling down ,they will be repeatedly thrown out to the first ,second, and third impact plate ,which will form several bumps and crushing in the impact cavity ,thus achieving the required size and be discharged from the discharge opening .So that's the complete crushing process.

In the stone crushing plant, Stone crushing machine is used to crush stones into small particle size or change the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite for building aggregates, artificial sand production and recycle building waste materials such as debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.

In stone crushing plant, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller by jaw crusher, they are transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary or tertiary crushing, then go through the stone shapping machine for getting cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out the suitable building aggregates, while the unsuitable stones return to the crusher machine for re-crushing.
 
Stone crusher equipment can be divided into quartz crusher, limestone crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, according to the chemical properties.
