Project Background
With the rapid growth of world economy, every country starts to focus on the infrastructure construction. To adapt for the modernization of infrastructure, the demand for aggregate production is expanding. This production line in Sri Lanka was invested by an Indian customer who finally chose SBM's solution after many comparisons and analyses.
Process Flow
This aggregate production line adopts portable crusher plant which is mainly composed of the grizzly vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher and circular vibrating screen. Raw materials are firstly quarried by excavator. The grizzly vibrating feeder equipped with feeding grate can screen the materials primarily. The materials are then sent out by belt conveyor after being crushed primarily by the jaw crusher. The big blocks are evenly sent to cone crusher by feeder and after being crushed, materials can meet the discharging requirement so they can be sent out by belt conveyor. Through a series of crushing and screening, the aggregate can totally meet the market demand.
