PFW series Impact crusher are mostly used as secondary crusher and it well fits for crushing numerous medium and soft mineral &rock materials, such as limestone, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, clay, tombar thite, kaolin, gypsum, and graphite, etc

When PFW impact crusher works, materials are crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bar after they enter the cavity, they will be fed into the impact plates for secondary crushing, then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crushing. Repeat this movement until the materials are crushed to the required particle size and finally will discharged from discharging port. The size and shape of the finished material can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support.

Small Mining Stone Crushing Plant
The huge stone will be fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for first crushing, and then will be transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the components will be separated to different dimension through vibrating screen. The material will be sent for the final solution pile while the other unsuitable material will probably be transferred to impact crusher for crushing again. In accordance with the clients' needs, the end products measurement will be divided and the dust filter will probably be the sake of environmental protection.
