High capacity sand making plant working principle:

When material into the feed hopper, then through the center hole into the rotor which rotate with high-speed and from the emission mouth out, first impact the material which free falls, and then they togather hit the material which on the back of vortex cavity, were rebounded to the top, then deflect downward movement, repeate the movement back and forth until the materials qualified, and finally the qualified materials will be discharged by the discharge port.
