100tph-300tph Limestone Stone Crushing Line/Granite Stone Crushing Line:
Limestone Stone Crushing Line/Granite Stone Crushing Line is used to crush stones into small size or change the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite and recycle building waste materials such as debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.

Limestone Stone Crushing Line/Granite Stone Crushing Line: In mobile granite limestone stone crusher line, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they are transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then go through the stone shapping machine for getting cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out the suitable building aggregates, while the unsuitable stones return to the crusher machine for re-crushing.

Stone Crushing Plant With Capacity 40-60 TPH
This crushing plant can be used to crush limestone, granite, kaolinite, aggregate, gravel sand, gold ore, etc. It's specially designed for output of 40-60 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE500*750 whose capacity can be up to 45-80 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1010 whose capacity is 50-80 tph. For screening materials for different sizes, vibrating screen is playing its role.
This crushing and screening plant is designed considering the raw materials' real situation and the specific requirement. It's really suitable for small quarry crushing plant.
Stone Crushing Plant With Capacity 100-120 TPH
This crushing plant is specially designed for output of 100-120 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE600*900 whose capacity can be up to 70-150 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1214 whose capacity is 80-160 tph. For screening materials for different sizes, vibrating screen is playing its role.
For small quarry mining crushing and screening plant, you can choose this crushing plant with output between 100tph and 120 tph. Till now, this medium crushing plant has been widely applied in Zimbabwe mining, Tanzania quarry, Zambia mine crush, Algeria minerals mining, Kazakhstan quarry, Indonesia coal crushing, etc.
Stone Crushing Plant With Capacity 150-180 TPH
Compared with the former two small crushing plants, this crushing plant is of capacity 150-180 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE750*1060 whose capacity can be up to 130-260 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1315 whose capacity is 160-260 tph. Vibrating screen is also used for screening materials with different sizes.
Stone Crushing Plant With Capacity 200-250 TPH
This production line is kind of large rock crushing plant with capacity 200-250 tph. Raw materials are feed by vibrating feeder in to jaw crusher PE750*1060 whose capacity can be up to 130-260 tph. Also you can choose our jaw crusher PE900×1200 whose capacity can be up to 220-500 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1315 whose capacity is 160-260 tph. PFV-1315 with capacity 150-300 can also be used as secondary crushing equipment. Vibrating screen is also used for screening materials with different sizes.
