The discharging opening of PEW series jaw crusher can be adjusted more rapidly and more conveniently. Semi-automatic wedge adjusting device is used, which utilizes hydraulic device to drive the two wedges between adjustment seat and rack back wall, and to make them move relatively to realize the adjustment of discharging opening of the jaw crusher. It greatly reduces the manual operations; compared with traditional adjustment device, this device is more intelligent and convenient and can complete the adjustment within 2-3 minutes.
Integral Steel Casting Technology

Process Flow
Pebble goes into PEW760 European hydraulic jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then gets into HST250 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing through belt conveyor. And then the broken pebble enters into control bunker. Then the pebble less than 40mm enters into VSI5X-1145 Impact Crusher in which it would be processed into fine sand within 0-5mm.
Equipment Configuration Advantage
1.European hydraulic jaw crusher: The movable jaw is made from steel castings and the heavy eccentric shaft is processed through forging stock, which enhance the stability and durability of the equipment. Besides, the equipment is provided with a wedge discharge opening adjusting device which is simpler and safer than the traditional gasket adjustment device. The crushing chamber adopts symmetrical "V" shaped structure, which makes actual width of feed inlet coincident to stipulated width.
2. Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: High production efficiency and strong bearing capacity, low operation cost and maintenance. Automatic control of production process, multi cavities adapt to a variety of process requirements.
3. Hydraulic centrifugal impact crusher: On the top of impact crusher is hydraulic lifting device. For maintenance, impact crusher adopts thin oil lubrication. Impact crusher uses intelligent touch screen control display which can observe working process of equipment in real time. Impact crusher has low production cost but high efficiency and large capacity. Furthermore, the machine-made sand has good quality which can replace natural river sand.
