Bucket diaphragm jigging machine has two types of left and right jig surfaces. Bucket diaphragm jigging machine are mainly constituted by body, gearing, water segregator, diaphragm, stopcock, etc...The body has one big and one small jig buckets and the diaphragm bucket using the baffle plate without reaching the end to divide them into jigging area and diaphragm area. Jigging process is proceeding through the medium (water) vibration caused by up-down repeated motion of the rubber diaphragm. Motor drives the large leather wheel to rotate through triangle belt and makes the connecting rod of eccentric shaft move up and down so as to drive the up-down movement of the rocker arm connecting to the connecting rod. There are another two connecting rods that connected to the diaphragm, which will make the diaphragm repeat up-down movement to proceed jigging.
According to the ore granularity, we can change the jig frequency of connecting rod and choose different stroke so as to obtain the best jigging effect. The way to change jig frequency is to change belt pulley. There are two jig frequencies: 322 times/ min; 420 times/ min. The way to change different stroke is to loosen the fixed bolts and nuts, pull out the dowel pin and adjust the relative position between eccentric shaft and eccentric adjusting sleeve by rotating it. 1. Before startup check and confirm all the bolts of various parts are fixed and no leakage in stopcock and bucket.
2. Please note lubricant grease shall be added regularly on the various pressure oil nozzles.
3. Start loading operating only after the open drive is running normally.

Some of the gold extraction come from alluvial gold and some from vein gold, Since 1970, output of vein gold remains 75%~85%, and output of alluvial gold occupies 15%~25%.
Common methods of alluvial gold processing
When the deposit of primary gold outcrops out of earth's surface, because of the mechanical and chemical weathering, the gold-bearing veins or the gold-bearing rocks were gradually broken into debris and gold grains. Then, due to transportation and screening of external forces, the minerals with a high specific gravity (e.g. gold grains) deposited on hillsides, river beds and shores of lakes and seas, formulating certain enrichments, which are valuable for industrial extraction and were called as gold placer. Gold placer usually extracted by dredger, hydraulicking, excavator and underground (shaft well) extracting, etc. China's gold placer is mainly extracted by dredger, and supplemented by hydraulicking and excavator. The dressing process of alluvial gold mainly includes preparation before processing, and processing. The preparation consists of crushing and screening. Crushing is mainly to dissociate clay mineral mud from mineral grains. Screening is to screen out the coarse grains without gold. The common equipments are flat screen, cylinder screen and cylinder scrubbing machine.
Alluvial gold processing mainly adopts gravity dressing, this is because, on one hand, the specific gravity of alluvial gold (an average of 17.50 ~ 18.0), as well as the graininess, is large, on the other hand, the gravity dressing is relatively economical and simple.
Gravity separation equipment usually adopts various chutes, jigs and concentrating tables (commonly used for fine screening).
Common methods of vein gold processing
Because of the different natures of the various types of gold ore, the methods of ore dressing are different, but generally, the gravity separation, flotation, amalgam and cyanide process, as well as the new processes in recent years such as resin-in-pulp process and heap leaching of gold are adopted.
