Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher is mainly used in highway construction, roadbase construction, water conservancy projects, building rubble, high-class highway pavement, building, sand and gravel production, construction waste recycling, ore dressing plant,and sand processing .
CI5X series impact crusher is suitable for crush the soft and medium hard rock. The size range of feed material (maximum compression strength 300Mpa, the moisture should be below 8-10%) up to 700mm. The impact crusher improves the adjusting device, and three-cavity makes excellent capability in the fine crushing and super fine crushing line.

Process flow
The iron ore is evenly fed by TSW1139 feeder into HJ98 high-efficiency jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After that, the materials would be sent into CS160 cone crusher for secondary crushing. Then the qualified materials enter into the 3YA1860 for screening while the return materials starts the secondary crushing with materials of 0-15mm,15-25mm sieved out.

1. HJ98 high-efficiency jaw crusher: Through optimization of crushing cavity, eccentricity and motion trail, the HJ crusher has larger capacity compared with other products with same specifications. The vibration is lower so the operation is more stable. Using screw and hydraulic cylinder control board can achieve easier and quicker adjustment of discharging outlet and make the operation easier. The structure of equipment is simple and rational.
2. CS160: Based on the technologies of traditional spring cone crusher, the cavity is optimized so that the performance gets improved further.
