Jigging(Jigger) machine belongs to gravity-based equipments, which can separate mineral based on differing of specific gravity. YUHUI saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consisting of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber.

The twin-bucket diaphragm jigging machine has two types of left and right jig surfaces. Our jigging machine is a fixed screen, which is applicable for metallic ores dressing such as placers that contain tungsten or gold, concentrate tin ore, etc...This jig can also be used to select fine particle materials and dress the rough materials, of which the biggest input size is 6-8 mm, but on some particular cases of placer ore dressing, the largest input size can reach 12mm.

There is a screen on the sieve, so the jig can be applied for materials in different granularity. (Note: This screen can not be offered based on order requirements). After the selected ore is sent to jigging chamber, ore particles are divided into different gravity levels in the medium due to the diaphragm vibration; The fine and heavy ore particles are sunk and gather in the ore storage of the jig through artificial bed space and sieve pore while the upper coarse and light ore particles (minerals) are rushed to the end of the ore discharge port by the medium, and because the back jigging chamber is 50 mm lower than the front chamber, the light ore particles will be overbrimmed to the back chamber through the front chamber tailboard, and thus they will be jigging again. The tailboard high-low location can be adjusted based on different needs so as to control the volume of ore discharge.
