October 20, 2011, the Shanghai Shibang enterprise development strategy meeting was held at the Group headquarters. As a company that has won the "High-tech Enterprise" certification, every year, the Group’s investment in R & D are more than 3% of total sales. In the meeting, the group’s chairman made it clear that it will further increase the Group’s core technology R & D investment, increase efforts to bring high-end R & D personnel and increase reward efforts to each R & D project teams.

Before the Mid-Autumn Festival 2011 is coming, the Domestic Sales Department of Shanghai Shibang Machinery united the VIP Department carried out an intensive visiting activity for the important clients, who is in the surrounding of our Shanghai Headquarters. ----The first Shibang "Write like an angel" Mail Contest

September 23, 2011, Shanghai Shibang’s the first e-mail communication capabilities competitions of the "Write like an angel award" ceremony was held. The competition was held by Shibang’s Operations Center and each department heads of Shibang International trade Center bear the judges. Since the start of the competition, there are nearly a hundred of the 2010’s and the 2011’s new employees, come from Shibang International trade Center, participate in the game.

Timely and accurate e-mail reply is a key step to maximize meet customer needs. Numerous aspects of the competition settings which let new employees have a better understanding of the E-mail reply skills and importance. From simulate the customers’ initial inquiry and write "Business Plan" to simulate the capacity and size of customer demand, write design and quotation scheme, and specific analysis customers additional conditions, etc.. Every new employees had tried their best, they all show their e-mail replies and proposals for each aspects....

Over a hundred excellent graduates from colleges joined SBM in 2011.After one-month military training and systematic training, the new staffs have been playing an important role in their positions. They are willing to face challenges and get a positive attitude towards work, moreover, they are versatile and innovative.
Recently, my favorite show programs of old and new staffs’ party came out, new staffs got a striking score. Among the show programs such as songs, dances and pieces, the awarded new staffs’ programs accounted for a half. The forms of their programs included traditional Chinese painting, musical instrument plays, stage plays and so on. Many of those programs were original created.

Besides performance allowances and rewards, according to each program, SBM made a crystal photo frame. We wish that staffs’ wonderful moments could be kept for eternity by those frames.
It is reported that in October, 2011, new campus recruitment will begin. The recruitment will bring more power to the further development of SBM.

In September, 2011, SBM joined the China Mining Association (CMA as short) officially.
CMA is an organization of corporate juridical persons covering mining industry. It is authorized by the state council. Its members who joined CMA voluntarily include domestic and foreign mining companies, geological prospecting corporations, national mining associations, provinces’ mining associations, research institutions and mining cities. Since been established, CMA has been acting as the link between mining corporations and government. Its affiliated web, China Mining Network, is hosted by Ministry of Land and Resource’ Planning Department, Mining Industry’s Development Department and CMA. The network acts as an important platform for communication between domestic and foreign enterprises

According to the statement of the president of CMA at CHINA MINING Congress & Expo, CMA will take full advantage of itself to help the government’s decisions and policies to be carried out. They will continue to promote green mining construction and the communication between china and foreign mining industries. SBM wants to understand the distribution of mineral resources and local policies well with the help of the broad platform provided by CMA. We also want to promote a sustainable, stable and rapid development by communicating with friends of mining industries all across the world.
